60–90 minutes. A real conversation about your history, goals, and testing that actually answers your questions.

We go through what the labs actually show, in plain language, and build a plan around it.

Follow-Ups + Messaging
Regular check-ins to adjust as we go, with messaging support built into every package.

Membership (optional)
Once you’ve hit your goals, membership keeps the plan maintained instead of letting things slide back.

Care that comes to your couch.
- Video visits from wherever you are — licensed in New York, with New Jersey and multi-state coverage (via the Nurse Licensure Compact) expanding.
- Async messaging included for 3-Month, 6-Month, and Membership patients — 1–2 business day response.
- All inquiries answered within 48 hours.
