This is a cash-pay functional medicine telehealth practice. You’ll always know what a visit or package costs before you book — and you’ll know what sits outside that number, like specialty labs or supplements billed separately at cost. No application to “see if you qualify.” No mystery membership you have to unlock first.
Most people start with a free discovery call. From there we decide together whether a single consult, a multi-month protocol, or ongoing membership is the right shape of support. If we’re not a fit, I’ll say so — and I’ll still try to point you in a useful direction.

Free discovery call. Fifteen minutes to talk through what’s going on and whether this practice is the right fit. No pressure, no obligation, and no sales script dressed up as clinical advice.
Initial consult ($450). A 60–90 minute deep dive into your history, current concerns, goals, and a personalized starting plan. This is where we decide what testing actually earns its keep — and what can wait.
Follow-ups ($225) and free lab review. Progress isn’t a one-and-done visit. Follow-ups are where we adjust. Lab review walks your results in plain language so you leave knowing what changed and what we’re doing next.
3 Month — The Regulated Protocol ($2,100). Best when you want structure: initial consult, three follow-ups, messaging support with a 1–2 business day response, a customized protocol, and education materials. Enough runway to test, implement, and course-correct without feeling abandoned between visits.
6 Month — Total Transformation ($4,175). For the person ready to see this all the way through — more follow-ups, priority messaging, and ongoing refinements as your labs and life change. This is the longer container when the pattern is complex or you already know you need accountability past the first wave of results.
Membership ($225/mo). Once you’ve built something that works, membership keeps the plan maintained — follow-ups, messaging, protocol updates, and accountability — so progress doesn’t quietly slide backward.
What I treat, and what I don’t.
This practice focuses on gut health, chronic inflammation, metabolic dysfunction and weight-loss resistance, fatigue and brain fog. I don’t manage acute or emergent conditions, PCOS fertility care, or mental health conditions — for any of those, I’ll help point you to the right specialist rather than take you on.
That’s not a gap in this practice — it’s how I keep the guardrails real instead of theoretical.
Every plan is built under the supervision of Dr. Jean-Carlos Jimenez, MD. You get the accessibility of working with a nurse who has time for you, with physician oversight behind the recommendations. Telehealth visits are available for patients in New York, with New Jersey reactivating and multi-state coverage expanding.

- Cash and credit cards. We accept cash and major credit cards. Insurance isn’t billed at this time — a superbill is available if you’d like to seek out-of-network reimbursement on your own.
- Cancellations: 48 hours’ notice required, or 50% of the appointment charge applies. No refunds.
- What’s never silently bundled: supplements, GLP-1/peptide therapy, and specialty lab panels are billed separately at cost. Package prices stay transparent on purpose.
- Messaging: included for 3-Month, 6-Month, and Membership patients, with a 1–2 business day response. All other inquiries get a response within 48 hours.
